ACROSS Global offers clients an alternative service model to the traditional global CROs. ACROSS Global is a global alliance of Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Specialist Service Providers (SSPs), collectively termed ‘Partners’, which provides clients with cost-effective, full-service, value added solutions, individually tailored for small and mid-size organizations, governmental and non-profit organizations with restricted budgets.

Freshers
1. Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and related technologies (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
2. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
4. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Implement and maintain security best practices. Troubleshoot and debug application issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices. Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
