Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field
0-3 years
1. Proficiency in one of the following languages C#, Java, C++, Ruby
2. Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and Web Standards
3. Ideally, experience with node.js for Server Side JavaScript development
4. Familiarity with client side MVC frameworks, preferably React.js/Angular.js
5. Experience with at least one major server side web development stack.
6. Technical knowledge in RDBMS / NoSQL.
7. Experience in GIT.
8. Experience Unix/Linux OS.
9. Experience with Agile as software development methodology
10. Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking.
11. Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, belief in teamwork.
12. Problem Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity
1. Implement and configure application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows and complex logic
2. Work closely with associates in the US to gather & understand requirements, propose solutions and provide support
3. Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
4. Provide feedback on processes and drive both technology change as well as product insight
5. Ensure all work is tested thoroughly through manual and automated testing
6. Ability to multi task and take ownership of own progress & tasks
7. Contribute to ongoing development of the team’s processes, procedures and best practices
