Experienced
1. Experience in data analytics or data science
Graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
2. Experience in Startup / Tech / Analytics / E-Commerce organizations is preferred
3. Expertise in Superset/Tableau (or other BI tools), building and maintaining enterprise level dashboards is required
4. Advanced level proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and comfortable using Git,Python and/or R
5. Rich experience in insightful data analytics and good knowledge of advanced/statistical analytics and metrics creation
6. Familiarity with Hypothesis Testing, ML Models
7. Expertise on Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, PowerPoint etc.
8. Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments
9. Expertise in stakeholder & project management, strong analytical capabilities & logic driven mindset
10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
11. Keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity
1. Define and implement functional strategy
2. Ensure that the work gets delivered against the functional goals
3. Quality assurance deliverables, reports, insights, responses provided by the remote team by reviewing outputs along with creating and reviewing QA plans
4. Help improve or innovate new processes to keep Operations team as efficient as possible
