Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Freshers
1. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
2. Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
4. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
1. Collaborate with senior developers and team members to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
3. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of internal development processes.
4. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the software development field.
5. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
6. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
