This role is critical in achieving our goals - expanding coverage to support more destinations worldwide, automating entire processes and reducing support volume to offer a truly self-serve experience. We talk to customers daily, ship code several times a day, and measure every little interaction!

Freshers
1. Build cutting-edge infrastructure to expand our coverage to over 50 destinations, enabling 10x growth.
2. Automate the entire visa workflow, from the smallest of manual tasks to helping us keep SLA under 60 seconds.
3. Build tools and systems to reduce support volume to less than 3%.
1. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
2. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
4. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
5. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
6. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
7. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
8. Liaise with internal teams (e. g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
9. Monitor debugging process results.
10. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
11. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
