Any Degree
freshers
1. Should have relevant experience working with large, multi-dimensional data sets and developing different types of visualizations
2. Strong proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx with experience with data science packages in R (and ideally Python)
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required as well as passion for automation of processes/reporting using these tools
4. Good understanding of any of the ENR subsectors is an added advantage
5. Candidate should be currently working in strategy consulting/research-oriented set-up and possess acumen to solve open-ended problems
6. Proficient in research and analysis, as well as able to provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
1. May have first-level team management responsibility, which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts and conducting performance / feedback discussions
2. Provide content thought leadership & may manage simple cases independently
3. Candidate should be currently working in strategy consulting/research-oriented set-up and possess acumen to solve open-ended problems
4. Proficient in research and analysis, as well as able to provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
5. Able to interface with primary client contact (Bain case teams from ME offices)
6. May have first-level team management responsibility, which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts and conducting performance / feedback discussions
