1. Quality statistics SPC
2. MSA
3. Product and process knowledge.
4. Electronics components and functions.
5. Analytical skill
6. Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 – QMS requirements
7. Data Visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau
Good Knowledge of AIAG – Core tools
1. Claims management - internal/external complaints analysis & effective closure
2. QZ test planning & Execution
3. PPAP & Customer visit coordination
4. Active member in QGC,SE, ECR,FMEA
5. Master/Limit/PY sample preparation & management.
6. Support development and planning departments with quality issues.
7. Preparation of In-process ,PDI check points
8. Plant to Plant to Delivery - Q issue handling
Co-coordinating in 14Q basic, ECR, 4M, QAM..
Drive - Data Driven Quality Management at GanP
9. Develop concepts to improve quality. Refine procedures, methods, and systems
