1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
3.Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
4.Customer-driven with skills/competencies to retain customers.
5. Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across teams and functions to resolve challenging situations.
1.Resolve client feedback by understanding issues, taking ownership, and preventing recurrence.
2.Convert dissatisfaction into delight by handling complex situations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
3.Communicate effectively with all clients.
4.Understand delivery processes across services and teams to ensure quality standards for future assignments.
5.Enhance feedback management processes for quality, speed, and efficiency. Achieve resolution TAT and provide service improvement inputs.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for same-day satisfactory resolution and timely action on urgent escalations.
7.Maintain CSAT scores per SLA, redefine customer journey and experience for all interactions.
We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai based on business requirements or for company/team events.
