Associate Software Engineer

1. Requires working knowledge and experience within own function/specialty area
2. Continues to build professional expertise, including knowledge of the domain, processes, customers etc
3. Solves variety of problems of mode ate scope and within own area
4. Analyzes possible solutions using technical expertise and independent judgment, but typically within defined practices and procedures
5. Guided by objectives of project or ongoing assignments
6. Plans own work priorities on a regular basis without guidance of management
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 0-2 years of experience
8. Deep knowledge of at least one programming language.
9. Ability to document, track and monitor problem/issue to a timely resolution
10. Collaborative problem-solving
ability and self-motivated
• Performs standard/routine assignments by following existing procedures
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior-level roles
• Has impact on own work team/functional/business unit
