Qualification :-

bachelor’s degree in technical field

Experience:-

Fresher or 1+ year experience

Skill Set :-

1. Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills
2. Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications, etc.)
3. Cloud based management platform and application support
4. Documentation and creating knowledge articles Capture serviceability and supportability requirements to improve support deliver to customers
5. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
6. Ability to work with hardware and software engineering on problem resolution
7. CRM tools such as Salesforce
8. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
9. Jira or other bug management tools
10. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, networking or similar technologies is a plus

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Tenacious commitment to customer focused support Comfort with making complex decisions and excited by "thinking outside the box"
2. The ability to read and understand site drawings, field repair guides and product specifications
3. Must have exceptional troubleshooting and advanced analytical thinking skills for complex issue resolution between hardware/software components
4. Ability to accurately convey complex concepts in easily digestible communications both verbally and in writing
5. Proven experience in driving initiatives, cross-functional collaborations, and holding others accountable to expectations
6. Create test plans, test cases, and other documents based on software expectations and specifications
