BS/MS qualification in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent

1. You are an excellent C/C++/Python programmer and have strong analytical and logical solving skills.
2. Experience working on TCP/IP network layer protocols
Wireless background specifically knowledge of 802.11 and Wi-Fi is desirable.
3. Experience with packet forwarding and datapath are desired
4. Good understanding of Linux and network resource management
5. You possess the skills to multi-task in exciting, dynamic environments
6. Strong social and interpersonal skills, with a highly developed ability to work with customers to understand their sophisticated networking infrastructure level requirements and design solutions for them
7. Strong team building skills.
1. Actively participate on a project and collaborate with other engineers in the development of our next generation Wi-Fi products
2. Design and deliver new software and features for Wi-Fi Access Points
3. Day to day activities involve building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces
4. Team up with test and validation engineers to help with system test and integration
75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%
