Graduation/Bachelor's degree mandatory
0-3Years, fresher are also welcome
1. Good understanding of retail banking operations, fraud analysis & dispute management experience preferred.
2. Good communication.
3. Proficient computer skills
4. Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
5. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
1. Assist unit manager by providing guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures
2. Coordinate team efforts to ensure the efficiency of quality, timeliness, and general operation to maintain workflow of the department
3. Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation and help identify potential issues that may impact department workflow
4. Interact with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and concerns
5. Monitor “In process,” work to meet business and quality standards
6. Assist in making decisions within established procedures that balance the needs of the employee, company, and customer
7. Support and expansive array of products and services and serve as the team subject matter expert
