Related experience. 0-2 years of technical support experience, in any technology (preferably in Salesforce/ .Net/ Java) with knowledge of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, approval process etc.Champion of the Customer. You understand that customers are one of business’ most important assets and you take that seriously. With more than 11,000 customers around the globe entrusting Conga with their business we make a commitment to their success and would love to hear how you will too!Troubleshooting and Logical Thinking. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Proven experience in a client support role or in a delivery role has prepared you to effectively investigate technical issues, prioritize and escalate as needed, to ensure timely resolutions that are in line with client SLA’s. Experience with advanced SQL scripting / Java/ .Net/ SQL or SFDC is a must! Programming languages (Visual Basic/ C#) are appreciated! You can easily understand how systems interact/integrate with each other and as well as how changes in one application will affect others.Education. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
