1. Fresher or 1-year experience in
Possess good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
2. Ability to develop and analyze ticket
3. Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free
4. Ability to communicate effectively with clients
5. Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment including working in rotational shifts
1. Review tickets/order IDs base on input documents provided by client
2. Communicate effectively to take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems
3. Checking status of services on account in client tools
4. Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving skills
5. Ability to act swiftly and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to assess situations and initiate appropriate action
6. Updating order details status in internal as well as client tools
7. Should be able to create daily report and share with client base
8. Meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to SLAs
9. Works collaboratively with team & Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project
improved acquisition, conversion and retention, and overall lifetime value of your customer 24/7/365.
