Freshers /Students
1. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, redux-saga, Ant Design and ES6.
2. Knowledge of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
3. Good understanding RESTful APIs.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
5. Convert Figma design to code
6. Fix existing bugs and improve the already deployed code
7. Knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
8. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
9. Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
10. Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt/webpack - Good to have
11. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Good to have
1. Collaborate with the product team to design and develop new/existing features for our web applications
2. Implement and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development
4. Work closely with designers to ensure UI/UX consistency across our products
5. Prioritize execution (being a startup, we ship fast:))
