Any Degree
Freshers
1. Good communication with the ability to flex between functional and technical conversations
2. Basic understanding of the EY’s financial business rules, KPIs and the key source systems (e.g. engagement and opportunity life cycles incl. pricing, budgeting, ETC, account planning, new business development)
3. Light experience with requirement documentation
4. Ability to do data and root cause analysis
Interest in technical solutions and analysing data, preferable knowledge about SQL, Power BI, dimensional models and cubes
5. Problem solving and customer orientation skills
Detail oriented, analytical, structural work approach as well as emphasis on quality and consistency
6. Good English skills
1. Help turning solutions designs into requirements (user stories) including acceptance criteria ensuring quality, consistency, ease-of-use and alignment with overall design principles
2. Regular discuss and align with the technical and QA teams
3. Support technical & QA teams based on agreed roadmap and priorities to stay within the timeline
Validate enhancements as well as resolved defects from a functional and data accuracy point of view
4. Review defects (SNOW) and support their remediation
Work closely with QA team based on defined validation criteria and activities ensuring high quality of deliverables
5. Support R&DA internal and external User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities
6. Maintain relevant supporting tools (e.g. Sub-Account Management tool, GTER Adjustments templates, Hierarchies etc.)
7. Work hand in hand with the more senior BAs
Review and learn from solutions of other product line teams to ensure consistency and usability
To qualify for the role you must have
1 or more years of experience in a finance or technical department
Some relevant business experience within EY would be beneficial
High motivation to learn from your experienced colleagues
