1. Understand business processes, implications, underlying critical applications and systems
2. Learn and develop solutions in Retail domain
3. Work on key technologies and platforms including Java/J2EE, Cloud, Big Data, Hadoop, Data Warehouse, Middleware etc.
4. Follow Agile methodology & DevOps the best practices
5. Roles & responsibilities will depend on the department & product assigned
