3. Bachelor of Engineering from accredited university or collage.
1. Learn and understand the blade manufacturing process from designing up to deliver.
2. To undertake learning & improvement project for strengthening the learnings in Supply Chain, Material Sourcing, Manpower Management, Productivity Improvement, Lean Project Implementation, Quality Improvement and Cost - Cash & Profitability Optimization.
3. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline like SQPCDM. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
4. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
