BE Computer Engineering \ IT
Freshers
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT and related areas
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C++, Python or Java
3. Excellent problem-solving, communication and attention to detail skills
4. Knowledge of SDLC and algorithms
1. Review customer reported requests/issues
2. Work with Infor support team, PM and Engineering to review customer reported requests/issues
3. Closure of Customer tickets with appropriate resolutions
4. Work on GRC standard implementation from development side.
