3. Excellent Client service and Communication Skills
4. Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.
5. Knowledge of MIS reporting/ advanced Excel a plus.
6. Attention to detail and reasoning ability
1. To Create and maintain Client Reference data in System
2. Validate and diligently review documentation
3. To maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed
4. Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.
5. Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
6. Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.
7. Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
8. Maintain and produce MIS report as required.
