Bachelors Degree
Freshers
1. Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
2. Experience in civil engineering or customer experience
3. Experience in developing/engineering applications for a large company
4. Prometheus, PromQL expressions
5. Grafana dashboards, PagerDuty, Jaegar (any)
6. OpenTelemetry, OpenTracing (any)
7. EasticSearch, LogStash, Kibana (ELK) stack big plus
8. Micrometer, Loki, Google BigQuery logging (any)
9. Automate failover/scale-up/scale-down
10. Automate operational, perf testing, activities
11. Load testing, chaos testing a plus
12. K6/JMeter/ChaosToolkit/Gremlin
13. Hands on AWS infrastructure-as-code
14. One or more of Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform
1. Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
2. Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
3. Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
4. Design and implement distributed logging and tracing stack
5. Develop scripts to automate metrics collection, operational dashboard
6. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
