Undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education
Fresher /EXP
1. Experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
2. Experience with HRIS and case management systems, preferably Workday and Service Now
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
4. Ability to ask probing questions to ensure detailed and accurate information is placed into the case details
5. Ability to problem solve independently but escalates to ER Leadership for help if appropriate.
6. Flexibility and willingness to deal with competing priorities in a fast paced team environment
7. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
1. Handles low-complexity ER cases in accordance with established processes including US attendance, job abandonment and rehire eligibility requests.
2. Uses case management system as primary communication channel to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed when delivering ER guidance.
3. Ensures that case details, status and documentation are accurate and maintained in real time.
4. Accountable to service delivery performance/satisfaction measures, expectations, and standards (qualitative/quantitative)
5. May speak directly with leaders or employees in other countries to resolve issues or seek clarity before offering guidance.
6. Learns to advise on some formal processes in accordance with Labcorp policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines. (i.e., attendance issues, failure to follow SOPs, quality issues, and performance matters)
Shift Timings: 2:00-11:00 pm IST
