Freshers/exp
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure the accuracy of quality control processes.
3. Proficient in statistical analysis techniques and tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
4. Solid understanding of quality management systems, quality control principles, and regulatory requirements.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
7 Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and documentation.
8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support the achievement of quality goals.
9. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
10. Familiarity with ISO standards and certification processes is desirable.
1. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
2. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to develop and implement quality control plans, including inspection methods, sampling plans, and test protocols.
3. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities.
4. Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as inspection reports, test procedures, and quality records.
5. Monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors, conducting regular audits to ensure their adherence to quality standards and specifications.
6. Participate in cross-functional teams to review and approve engineering changes, ensuring that quality requirements are met.
7. Assist in the creation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
8. Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, assess process capability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer complaints, investigate quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering, and recommend appropriate improvements to enhance the quality management system.
