1.A proven track record in People business intelligence in a complex international business.
2.Practical experience in reporting and BI authoring.
3.Basic project and product management skills are essential.
4.Customer focused and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in different functions.
5.Able to flex approach: moving at pace or slowing to reflect as needed.
6.Resilient, able to deal with complexity in a people-centric business.
7.Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
1.Develop and sustain complex dashboards in Power BI and other reporting that enable key stakeholders to make business decisions.
2.Assess and respond to on demand reporting request on People data.
3.Proactively contribute on reporting standards, and ensure monthly reporting is reliable, accurate and released to the right people on time, every month.
4.Harmonise existing dashboards and reporting, to remove redundancy and further improve the user experience.
