Experience:-

0-1 Years

Skill Set :-

1. 0-1 year experience in the software/tech industry
2. 2023/2024 Graduates Preferred
3. Hands-on experience with configuring software products
4. Good understanding on JavaScript, HTML, CSS
5. Customer-centric orientation with strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
6. Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
7. A technical background, preferably in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Provide Chat / Email based support to international customers for our SaaS Product
2. Resolve all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries on-time following support SLA
3. Delight customers by assisting them with their queries regarding the product
4. Analyze and understand a problem from the customer’s point of view.
5. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer’s requirements and map it to product features.
6. Configure the product on behalf of customers based on their requirements
