A 4-year bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related functional field) or an equivalent combination of education or higher qualifications.
2-3 years
1. Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium and Rest Assured.
Working experience using any automation frameworks like Cucumber, BDD, etc.
2. Good knowledge and experience in Web Services and API testing using the Rest Assured framework.
3. Solid working experience on Testing modules and reporting bugs.
4. Good knowledge of CI/CD tools - Jenkins and Maven build tools.
5. Proficient knowledge of Gatling & JMeter.
6. Skillful in writing manual test cases.
7. Sound knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
8. Familiarity with Test plan, Test strategy, defect life cycle, etc.
9. Good in writing SQL queries and RDBMS concepts,
Knowledge of code repo using GIT or SVN or any distributed version control systems
10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
1. Adhere to Agile test procedures.
2. Provide testing estimates and meet project testing timelines.
3. Develop test cases and test scenarios.
4. Manually validate assigned user stories.
5. Design and develop test automation scripts.
6. Perform test automation.
7. Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
8. Collaborate within the team to understand the requirements.
9. Collaborate with other testing teams for integration and system testing.
10. Report bugs/errors discovered using standardized tools and processes.
11. Upskill to match the latest industry standards.
