Any Degree
Freshers
1. You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
2. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech consultancy business.
3. You have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
4. Skilled in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks to develop and execute tests.
5. Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester).
1. Ensure test runs and results within the given time frame.
2. Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
3. Identify, report and track software defects and issues.
4. Perform functional, performance, security and regression testing of software products.
5. Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
6. Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
7. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
