1. Develop and maintain advance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analysis requirements.
3. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Create DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to build complex calculations and business logic within reports and dashboards.
5. Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure they are efficient and responsive.
6. Assist in data model creation and enhancement for accurate reporting and analysis.
7. Ensure the security of data within Power BI, including row-level security (RLS) and other data access control mechanisms.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, and data sources.
9. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and report navigation.
10. Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends to continually improve the team’s business intelligence capabilities.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and report creation.
Strong knowledge of Power BI desktop and Power BI Service, including data loading, modelling, and visualization.
Proficiency in DAX for creating complex calculated fields, measures, and business logic.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration from different data sources.
Ability to create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
We’re looking for a motivated Power BI Developer (1-2 years experience) to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, creating interactive reports and meaningful insights to support data-driven decisions.
