PhonePe's Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) team focuses on maintaining a strong corporate culture of integrity by promoting ethical and compliant behavior, and decision-making.The position reports to the Program Lead to support the execution and the governance of the Training & Awareness Program. The Program focuses on training and communication campaigns/initiatives across the organization to facilitate behavioral expectations and to understand the E&C requirements on the Code of Conduct, and compliance policies and procedures.
