1. Commercial Due Diligence, Corporate Deals Strategy - INDIA Practice
2. Impeccable oral and written communication skills
3. Keen and equal interest in strategy and finance
4. Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure
5. Limited travel will be expected for fieldwork
6. Ability to work well in teams (often cross-functional) with a diverse set of colleagues
