It is headquartered in Bangalore and works like a hub, acting as a medium for a network of more than 3500 bus operators, across the countries of India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Peru, and Colombia. It claims to have registered over 180 million trips, with a customer base of over 20 million.
Bachelors Degree
0-1 Year EXP
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication).
2. Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and 2 South Indian languages.
3. Decent SQL skills.
1. Interact with end-users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
2. Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the Cause for the issue.
3. Tracks each issue to closure and monitors / collates the type of issues occurring frequently.
4. Works with the relevant team to resolve or automate frequent concerns.
