Any Degree
3+years
1.Experience in a customer-facing role: Collections, Sales Operations, Customer Service, etc.
2.Strong skills in use of order management or similar systems, preferably previous experience in a CRM environment.
3.Advanced skills in MS Excel is a plus
4.Strong problem solving and superior critical thinking skills, the ability to connect the dots
Strong technology skills.
5.Communicates effectively across functional groups.
6.Excellent command of English; other languages is a plus.
7.Details and process-oriented.
8.Flexible to work in shifts
1.Support a global monthly cut-off and close process as part of our sales commissions processing.
2.Resolve case inquiries and be a trusted advisor to our sales team. Frequent communication with account .
3.executives and sales management via commission cases.
4.Provide recommendations to sales and the internal comp management team regarding exceptions requests and case escalations.
5.Process credit and/or commissions corrections and adjustments as they arise via Excel, Salesforce or Xactly Incent.
