Freshers / Experienced
1. Proficiency in SQL, specifically T-SQL or SQL Server 2008.
2. Experience in strategic event support.
3. Proven experience in event management, preferably in a corporate environment.
4. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
1. Coordinate requirements for the event technology platform to ensure seamless integration and functionality, delivering the best customer experience.
2. Manage data requirements pre-event and post-event, including unique links for e-tickets and personalised surveys.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during events to ensure smooth operation.
4. Create surveys to gather attendee feedback.
