1. B.Tech/BE or similar technical background preferred (other degrees considered based on relevant skills)
Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication
2. Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
3. Familiarity with spreadsheets and Excel is a plus
4. Familiarity with SQL and experience with ticketing tools/customer support software is a plus
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
1. Analyze complex customer recruitment workflows across different lifecycle stages
2. Work hands-on with our automation platform to recreate and optimize customer workflows
3. Organize and optimize workflows according to recruitment lifecycle stages and industry best practices
4. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to customize solutions
5. Create comprehensive documentation and guides for implemented workflows
