1. Strong software development fundamentals (Data structures, Algorithms, problem-solving, OO design, and systems architecture).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
1. Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
2. Develop software modules as per the specifications and on time.
3. Define metrics and implement code for diagnostics and performance monitoring.
4. Work through the analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases of project delivery.
5. Learn and implement new technologies quickly and efficiently.
6. Challenge themselves and their teams to generate value additions for users.
