1. Review of customer information for generating the report.
2. Checking of required document for processing the request.
3. Tracking the received emails.
4. Processing the request within the timeline.
5. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales, technical and project teams.
6. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the SFSPL Department.
7. Participate in team planning meetings.
8. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
This role is based in Bangalore. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries and the shape of things to come.
