Any Degree
Freshers
- Advance Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge on coding skills in open-source languages (such as Python, SQL, Pyspark, etc.).
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office skills including Advance MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Strong logical reasoning ability and problem-solving skills.
- Good at solving real life banking and finance problems and ability to explore out of the box ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with data organized across platforms and formats.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and extract insight.
- Strong team player, confident, attentive, and motivated individual.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools and techniques.
- Maintaining the desired quality of deliverables within stipulated timeframe.
- Ability to work across departments and stakeholders within the bank to achieve end results.
