Any Degree
Freshers
• Programming algorithms, data structures, OOP concepts and frameworks, DB fundamentals (advanced)
• Hands on experience in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, C#, Dot Net etc. (intermediate)
• Design patterns, Microservices, UI frameworks – Angular, React, AI MS Office, MI & visualisation tools like Canva (intermediate)
• Testing tools & frameworks like Selenium, JMETER, LoadRunner
• Analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving ability
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Product development: design & development of robust banking software
• Delivery of quality software which meets business requirements.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle – requirements, design, implementation to deployment.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for product development and delivery
• Handling problems reported from the field and coming up with quick resolutions, workarounds, recovery, and fixes.
• Work in a truly agile environment, as part of scrum teams that are striving to solve customer challenges.
