Any Degree
Freshers
1. Engineer / Masters Degree in relevant fields.
2. 0-1 years of experience in customer onboarding, support role or relevant fields.
3. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English + local language)
4. Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
5. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
6. Experience in logistics solutions will be an advantage.
7. Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
8. We look for people with Empathy, Passion, Persistence and Ability to learn new things.
1. New Customers : KPI win rate from pilot to confirmation.
2. Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.3. Existing Customers : KPI Logo and Revenue retention.
4. Monitoring user adoption, make reports, identify actionable items for driving growth.
5. All Customers : Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
6. All Customers : Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
CTC : 3 - 4 LPA
