Experience:-

0-2 years

All Details:-

1. Academic: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computing / IT required
2. 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience US Healthcare/ Technical support experience preferred
3. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.

Key Details:-

1. Provide first line of support for healthcare Applications reported by users.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone and email.
3. Log and track all support requests using a ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up and resolutions.
4. Write and execute SQL queries to analyze system logs, database tables, and other data sources. Use SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and potential root causes.
5. Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
6. Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system as part of process and for future reference.
7. Update the knowledge base with new solutions, tips and best practices
8. Collaborate with other teams- PM (Practice Management), EHR(Electronic Health records), Patient Portal, HL7 Interfaces, API’s, Mobile etc. to resolve dependent issues.
9. Participate in team meetings to discuss issues, process improvement and product updates.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and interaction with the Direct and end customers.
11. Strive to deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance user satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with organization 12. polices, including data protection and security standards (PHI, HIPAA, etc.)
