All Details:-

1. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members in a fast-paced environment.
4.Desire to Learn: Enthusiastic about HR and talent acquisition with a keen interest in recruitment and human resources best practices.
5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
6. Confidentiality: Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and company information.

Key Details:-

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
2. Interview Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
3. Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and answering questions.
4. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
5. Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies to provide insights to the HR team.
7. Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the coordination of new hire paperwork and pre-boarding tasks.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Help prepare reports on recruitment metrics and other performance indicators as requested.
