Any Degree
3+ years
1. Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and deliver on enterprise product testing activities
2. Proven experience in performance and scalability testing, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and monitoring tools.
3. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
4. Familiarity with legal research products and the legal industry is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
8. Willingness to work in rotational/fixed shift covering APAC and EMEA hours
1. Design, develop, and execute scale and performance tests on various legal research products.
2. Collaborate with the development and product management teams to understand product features and technical specifications.
3. Create detailed, structured test plans and test cases to simulate real-world scenarios and heavy usage loads.
4. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions to improve performance and scalability.
5. Work with the engineering team to integrate scale testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
6. Monitor system performance in production to identify potential scalability issues.
