Prior to founding Tower, Mark worked as a fixed income proprietary trader at Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career as an engineer at Martin Marietta, specializing in digital signal processing and speech recognition. Mark graduated from Yale University with a B.S. in electrical engineering and earned an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Freshers
1. A bachelor’s, master's, or PhD (ongoing or complete) degree or equivalent from a top university, available to join for an in-office Summer Internship from May 2025.
2. Prior experience with training, building, and deploying models via Tensorflow/Pytorch (or similar) is mandatory.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps for automating model deployments.
4. Skilled in using Linux, SQL, Git, and BASH scripting.
5. Strong knowledge of Python and hands-on.
1. Developing data pipelines for cleaning, collecting, processing, and analyzing diverse datasets.
2. Design and implement machine learning and LLM-based NLP models.
3. Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate model performance.
4. Contribute to optimizing and fine-tuning existing machine learning models.
