Focused on Revenue Cycle Management and Advisory services, Ventra partners with private practices, hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers to deliver transparent and data-driven solutions that solve the most complex revenue and reimbursement issues, enabling clinicians to focus on providing outstanding care to their patients and communities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Freshers
Financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting skills.
Strong systems and technology aptitude, excellent Excel skills.
Assists Revenue Cycle Manager by utilizing various internal software systems to extract data, analyze information, and effectively report on findings.
Assists in the preparation of yearly revenue budgets and generation of month end KPI tracking.
Improves client financial results by monitoring data, identifying variances and trends, developing resolutions, and making recommendations to Client Manager.
Responds timely to Revenue Cycle Manager requests to meet their needs and expectations.
Participates with Revenue Cycle Manager in regularly scheduled client calls.
Fills in for Revenue Cycle Manager as needed.
Good to have SQL Knowledge
