Bachelor's degree
Freshers (2023 / 2024 passed out) or Minimum 1 year
1. Broad Knowledge in Engineering Basics.
2. Knowledge of Wind turbines.
3. Exposure to Delmia Apriso and Infor EAM
4. Documentation skills
5. Good Communication Skills which enable you to convey to a wide range of stakeholders across the globe.
6. Proactive and Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
7. Structured and analytical way of working.
8. Good Team player & quick learner.
1. Timely handling of incidents and support requests.
Understand the business processes & Vestas way of working.
2. Providing L1 support to the users of the above system.
Ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a high customer satisfaction on these systems.
3. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the shift supervisors / line manager.
4. Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
5. Learn to enhance practical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills through experience.
Flexible to work in shifts & Monthly support towards regression testing.
