1. Have knowledge and technical experience in Zoom Collaboration technologies
2. Have great experience in a customer-focused role, understanding customer communication requirements for enterprise business markets
3. Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
4. Have the ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
5. Have the ability to create, present, and document technical solutions
6. Have a basic understanding of DevOps with basic programming knowledge
