Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into prototype solutions swiftly and tangibly, while maintaining a balanced understanding of technical feasibility and design intent. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the user experience is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Archiving Consultant. - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required
