1. Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
2. Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Hands-on experience in application design and development. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
3. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Nagpur office.
4. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field is required.
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Implement best practices for application design and development. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality.
