Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management. - Understanding of automation tools and scripting languages. - Experience with environment configuration and deployment processes. - Knowledge of best practices in cloud security and compliance.
