Work with a cross functional team to ensure quality throughout the life cycle.● Should be a strong advocate for the Quality process while working with various teams.● Should be able to understand client business processes and their pain points.● Should understand the concepts of Performance/ Load/Stress/ Security/ Automation/ White box/Unite and other types of testing, not necessary to work though.● Should be innovative in approach & contribute to QA processes for improvement.● Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.● Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality practice.● Should drive/collaborate effectively with the Development and BA team.● Individuals will be responsible to develop / execute manual & Automated test scripts.
